To make a change to an order placed online please call our customer service department ASAP. When will I be charged?
When submitting your order a pending authorization is placed on your account for the full amount of the order. We only capture (or take) the money when the order ships. If an item is sold out, or on backorder, the pending authorization will fall off and it will be authorized when the item is available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover via our online store. We also accept checks and money orders for phone orders only. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.

Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order. For faster processing please send a money order or cashier's check. If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Gift certificates are paperless and the recipient will receive an e-mail only with the redemption information. No physical certificate is sent. Gift certificates expire 5 year from the purchase date.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders generally process and ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, excluding on weekends and holidays. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the shipping method you select.
International shipping charges DO NOT include customs and duties where applicable. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for original forwarding shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments.
