All orders will be processed within 48 business hours. All packages are insured.

All shipping listed is stated for single item purchases only. Multiple items may require new shipping calculations.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. TitleBoxing.com pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in prices. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight. OUR "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" POLICY:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 120 days. (This policy does not include videotapes, DVD's or custom clothes.) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the back of your invoice, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

Send all returns to: TITLE, 14711 W. 112th Street, Lenexa, KS 66215. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.

OUR CHECK POLICY:

If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorneys' fees, court costs and taxes.
